Delivery Times, Rush Deliveries & Other Useful Information
Washington Express offers a variety of time based local service options. On average you can expect a one-way delivery to be completed within the time estimates (barring any severe traffic or weather problems) illustrated on our delivery timetables.

Rush Deliveries
For rush service, please give us your deadline time. If your deadline can’t be made for any reason, our dispatcher will call you to let you know how much more time will be needed.

Complete Delivery Instructions
All deliveries should include:
- the full address of the sender and recipient, including the room or suite,
- the contact name,
- and the direct dial phone number.
We will provide you with Washington Express “hand deliver” stickers which can help provide an added measure of urgency and security.
After Hours Service
Our dispatch center is a 24/7 facility, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Normal business hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. |
