What is your insurance policy for lost/damaged/stolen goods?

Packages are automatically insured against loss/damage or theft up to $200 in value. Additional Insurance may be purchased at the rate of $1 per $100 in value.

150 uniformed couriers.

All of our couriers are equipped with Nextel voice/data and GPS satellite tracking equipment.

How can I cancel or change my delivery order?

To cancel or make changes to an order you placed online or over the phone, give us a call as soon as possible. A courier can arrive within 5 minutes of your request for service.

WASHINGTON EXPRESS is competitively priced. Especially when you consider that our standard service times are equivalent to our competitor’s “Rush” service times. We’d be happy to conduct a cost analysis for your firm.
