What is your insurance policy for lost/damaged/stolen goods?

Packages are automatically insured against loss, damage or theft up to $50 in value. Additional Insurance may be purchased at the rate of $1 per $100 in value.

200 uniformed couriers.

All of our couriers are equipped with Android phones and GPS satellite tracking equipment.

How can I cancel or change my delivery order?

To cancel or make changes to an order you placed online or over the phone, give us a call as soon as possible. A courier can arrive within 5 minutes of your request for service.

Yes. Just give us a call and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with your order, which can be conveniently charged to your credit card.
